AI Transformation Consultant

We Are Agentic is seeking an AI Transformation Consultant to deliver our client workshops and lead discovery engagements across the UK. You will facilitate high-energy, full-day sessions for mixed, non-technical audiences, and work with clients to understand workflows and data-readiness - turning this into a clear map of AI agent opportunities and requirements. Ideal candidates come from a Business Analyst / Solutions or Sales Engineer / Consulting background, with strong public speaking skills and the ability to make technical topics simple, practical, and genuinely fun. Join us to help organisations move from AI curiosity to confident, embedded adoption as they progress through their AI Maturity Journey.
