Our Story

Sam and Raph founded We Are Agentic to solve the biggest challenge in AI adoption – technology alone doesn’t drive success, people do.

Raph began his career over 20 years ago building financial M&A models for Goldman Sachs and derivatives machine learning models for J.P. Morgan. He later built a global team of technology analysts and designed adoption and training programmes for some of the world’s largest multinationals.

Sam has worked in sales for over 20 years – the last eight in enterprise AI for companies such as Writer and UiPath – where he saw clients invest in powerful tools, but lack the skills, confidence, and structure to use them.

Together, they created We Are Agentic to bridge that gap – guiding organisations through every stage of the AI maturity journey, from first steps to scalable adoption.
