Role Overview
As a Training Coordinator at WAA, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of AI training and enablement programmes. You will manage all logistical elements, including scheduling workshops, booking venues, coordinating trainer and client availability, and ensuring that all sessions are set up for success. Your focus will be on operational excellence, client service, and seamless coordination between internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule training sessions and workshops in collaboration with clients and WAA trainers.

  • Book venues, organise travel arrangements, and manage all event logistics.

  • Confirm that venues meet technical and operational requirements, including internet connectivity, parking, and accessibility.

  • Maintain training calendars, coordinate trainer assignments, and update programme tracking systems.

  • Act as the main point of contact for trainers and client administrators regarding training logistics.

  • Prepare and distribute workshop materials, attendee lists, and post-session follow-ups.

  • Troubleshoot logistical challenges quickly to ensure smooth delivery.

  • Support general enablement operations and continuous process improvements.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience coordinating corporate training programmes, workshops, or professional development events.

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple schedules and logistics simultaneously.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations across internal teams and client stakeholders.

  • Comfortable liaising with external venue providers, travel agents, and event suppliers.

  • Proficient with scheduling tools, calendars, CRM systems, and basic project tracking tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com).

  • Ability to problem-solve independently and respond quickly to changing circumstances.

  • Familiarity with supporting training sessions across different regions and time zones is a plus.

Role Overview
As a Workflow Designer / Agentic Workflow Consultant at WAA, you will design, facilitate, and orchestrate the integration of AI into business processes. You will lead workshops that map human–AI workflows, uncover automation opportunities, and design agentic workflows that enhance efficiency, compliance, and scalability. You will work closely with client teams across industries to audit existing workflows, identify agentic roles using frameworks such as RACI, and design future-state AI-augmented workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Discovery Sprint Workshops, AI Use Case Discovery sessions, and Agentic RACI Auditing exercises.

  • Map current-state human–AI workflows and design future-state agentic workflows aligned with client goals.

  • Orchestrate multi-agent workflows, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and governance structures.

  • Ability to translate complex business processes into practical, structured workflow designs.

  • Familiarity with RACI frameworks, business process mapping tools (e.g., Miro, Lucidchart), and no-code orchestration platforms.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially across technical and non-technical teams.

  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

  • Comfortable delivering sessions to groups ranging from 10 to 50+ participants.

  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage workshop logistics and client expectations.

  • Willingness to travel extensively across the UK, Europe, and GCC regions.
