Ideal candidates come from a Business Analyst / Solutions or Sales Engineer / Consulting background, with strong public speaking skills and the ability to make technical topics simple, practical, and genuinely fun. Join us to help organisations move from AI curiosity to confident, embedded adoption as they progress through their AI Maturity Journey.

Location: London-based / Hybrid
Employment Type: Full-time

About
We Are Agentic is a people-first AI training and transformation agency. We help leadership teams understand what AI can genuinely deliver - from productivity improvements and sharper decision-making to fully automated workflows - and build a structured, actionable plan for becoming AI-First. We then bring that plan to life through data readiness, workflow analysis, literacy training, and the design & build of custom AI agents.

Role Overview
As an AI Transformation Consultant at We Are Agentic, you will lead the delivery of our client workshops and discovery engagements. This is a highly client-facing role, combining facilitation, training, and consulting. You will run full-day sessions for mixed, non-technical audiences, keep the room energised, and translate complex AI concepts into practical, usable outcomes. You will also run discovery workshops that surface real workflows and data constraints, and turn them into a clear map of AI agent opportunities and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver our flagship AI workshops independently to groups of around 15 attendees (full-day sessions included), using our methodology and materials.

  • Facilitate engaging, high-energy sessions that keep participants focused, confident, and productive throughout the day.

  • Translate technical AI concepts into plain English using analogies, examples, and hands-on exercises for non-technical audiences.

  • Run discovery sessions with clients to understand workflows, bottlenecks, and data-readiness constraints.

  • Produce a clear map of AI agent opportunities for clients, including prioritisation and next-step recommendations (using our templates and approach).

  • Gather and document client product requirements for individual agent builds, ensuring requirements are clear, structured, and usable by build teams.

  • Handle curveball questions, scepticism, and common compliance/security concerns in a calm, credible way - without derailing delivery.

  • Capture feedback from workshops and discovery sessions to improve materials, delivery, and client outcomes over time.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong facilitation and public speaking ability, with proven experience delivering full-day workshops and keeping groups engaged.

  • A natural ability to bring humour and warmth into delivery, making technical content enjoyable and accessible without losing rigour.

  • Ability to simplify complex technical ideas into clear, practical guidance for non-technical audiences.

  • Comfortable live demoing AI tools and troubleshooting in real time during workshops.

  • Strong consulting instincts: able to ask sharp questions, structure ambiguous problems, and guide groups to clear outputs.

  • Experience in client-facing, technical roles such as Business Analyst, Solutions/Sales Engineer, Technical Consultant, or Digital Adoption/Transformation.

  • Excellent written communication skills for documenting discovery outputs, requirements, and client-ready deliverables.

Nice to Have

  • Experience delivering training or consulting in regulated environments (e.g., legal, finance, insurance).

  • Experience supporting AI adoption initiatives, automation projects, or digital transformation programmes.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and the broader M365 ecosystem.

What We Offer

  • A front-row seat in building a high-growth, people-first AI transformation business.

  • A role where your work directly impacts real teams and real workflows - not just strategy decks.

  • Training on our methodology, workshop materials, and discovery approach.

  • A collaborative, ambitious team environment with high standards and strong client relationships.

  • Competitive salary (or day rate) depending on experience, with scope for growth as we scale.

  • Develop workflow diagrams, process maps, and enablement materials to support client adoption.

  • Stay up to date on AI tooling, workflow orchestration trends, and agentic AI methodologies.

  • Support the continuous refinement of WAA’s agentic workflow design methodologies and toolkits.

Skills & Experience

  • Deep understanding of human–AI collaboration models, automation, and process optimisation.

  • Ability to translate complex business processes into practical, structured workflow designs.

  • Familiarity with RACI frameworks, business process mapping tools (e.g., Miro, Lucidchart), and no-code orchestration platforms.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially across technical and non-technical teams.

  • Comfortable working across multiple industries and adapting workflow designs to diverse business contexts.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to agentic AI concepts, autonomous workflow design, or multi-agent orchestration.

  • Experience working with AI enablement platforms (e.g., Writer, Templafy, Copilot integrations).

  • Certifications or training in business process management (BPM), Six Sigma, or agile delivery.

  • Experience in consulting environments or professional services firms.

What We Offer

  • The opportunity to design the next generation of human–AI business workflows.

  • A collaborative and ambitious team environment focused on innovation and real-world impact.

  • Career progression opportunities into senior enablement strategy, workflow architecture, or programme leadership roles.

  • Flexible working arrangements with international travel opportunities.

  • Competitive salary, benefits package, and the ability to work on high-impact AI maturity projects.
