Who We Are
We Are Agentic is a people-first AI transformation consultancy. We partner with leadership teams at knowledge-intensive, people-led businesses to navigate the full AI journey, from strategy and skills training through to workflow design, agentic builds, and ongoing support.
Our approach is structured, platform-agnostic, and designed specifically for organisations with 50 to 500 employees who need to move quickly and cannot afford to invest in something that does not translate into their day-to-day reality. We deliver worldwide, with a focus on Europe and The United States.
Our origin
Why We Started
Sam and Raph founded We Are Agentic in 2024 after years of watching the same pattern repeat across industries: companies investing in powerful AI tools without the skills, confidence, or structure to use them.
The question that kept coming back was how AI actually gets integrated into the way a business works, by real people, in real workflows. That question became the company.

Raph brings over 20 years of experience spanning financial services, enterprise technology, and AI adoption. He built financial M&A models at Goldman Sachs and derivatives ML models at J.P. Morgan before moving into global technology analyst leadership and adoption programme design for multinationals. At WAA, he leads delivery and facilitation, working directly with leadership teams and their people to build AI strategy and capability.

Sam has over 20 years in commercial and sales leadership, with the last eight spent in enterprise AI at Writer and UiPath. In those roles, he saw first-hand what happens when companies invest in powerful platforms without equipping their people to use them. At WAA, he leads commercial strategy and client relationships, making sure every engagement connects technology decisions to real business outcomes.

Our Philosophy
The question that drives everything we do is a practical one: how does a business actually integrate AI into the way it works? How does it move from interest to adoption, with real people, in real workflows, on real timelines?
Our position is that jobs will change, and new jobs will emerge. Most roles are 30 to 50 percent routine work. As that work gets automated, the roles evolve. The destination is AI-enabled humans working with better tools. People need to change with their jobs, and the organisations that invest in helping them do that will be the ones that thrive.
The displacement narrative assumes that demand stays constant. It rarely does. Forty years ago, there were roughly 200,000 accountants in the UK. Today, despite decades of automation, there are over 900,000. When work gets cheaper and faster, demand for it tends to grow.
